New version of ViscLab released
ViscLab 2.18.0 for Viscomat II has now been released. This is the 12:th upgrade of ViscLab since the software was redesigned from support for Viscomat 32020 into working with Viscomat II.
The new version includes more than 35 improvements, including:
- Possibility to restore samples from the archive and tools for handling large amounts of data in the archive
- Display of [η]ρ with alarms according to ISO 5351 and target weight in edit window
- Keyboard shorts in main window to speed up the workflow
This version is available for download.
The next version of ViscLab will include:
- New implementation of Martin’s formula for calculating the intrinsic viscosity and [η]ρ
- Separate customizable alarm limits for relative viscosity when the viscosity is > 1100
- Improved functionality for backup and service
This version is currently being tested and is planned for release in March.
Beyond these two versions, we are working with implementation of e.g.:
- Customizable alarm limits for individual Sample ID’s
- Statistics for replicate Sample ID’s and sample names
- Tool to calculate the CED factor
- Export of any data table to Excel
- Further simplifications of the user interface
- Custom folders for backups and reports
